Revealed during a PAX East panel earlier today, Beyond Earth is scheduled for release sometime this Fall and marks the first time a Civilization game has fully explored mankind’s future instead of playing in the past. This game’s science fiction setting will undoubtedly be familiar to fans of Firaxis’ 1999 hit, Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri, as both share a similar, humans-on-an-alien-world premise.

Players will attempt to colonize a new planet while fending off the local wildlife and shaping the fate of humanity. Many of the changes introduced in 2010’s Sid Meier’s Civilization V will also be included, such as hexagonal tiles and the absence of unit stacking.</blockquote>

Ελάχιστα εχω ασχοληθεί με τα Civ, αν και σκεφτόμουν να τα αρχίσω με το 5 και αυτό φαίνεται εξίσου καλό

Τελικά το έπαιξε κανένας αυτό; Έπαιξα γύρω στα 70 turns όταν το πήρα και από τότε, δεν το έχω ακουμπήσει.
Ίσως έχει να κάνει με το ότι στο κανονικό civ, καταλαβαίνουμε πιο καλά τις αναλογίες με τους αληθινούς πολιτισμούς.

Εγώ είχα παίξει. Εκανα τρία playthrough και μου φάνηκε αρκετά καλό. Θα ήθελα να είχει λίγο ποιο πλούσιο περιεχόμενο ποιο πολύ για να συνεχίζω να παίζω ότι τπτ άλλο δλδ. Πιστεύω να βγάλουν κάποιο expansion.

Τελείωσα λοιπόν ένα campaign με τον τερματισμό αγνότητας, δηλαδή την επιμονή στα ανθρώπινα ιδεώδη και την σωτηρία της παλαιάς γης. Ήταν μια ωραία ιδέα, με ωραία ατμόσφαιρα που την χαντάκωσε μια εσπευμένη και κουτσουρεμένη κυκλοφορία. Λένε πως το πρώτο expansion, The rising tide διορθώνει κατά πολύ τις ελλείψεις. Όταν το βρω κάτω από 5ευρω θα το ξαναεπισκεφθώ.
